Nevada Law Enforcement Officers Memorial
The Memorial was dedicated on May 13, 1998, and was built and maintained entirely through private donations. The Nevada Police Foundation serves as the custodian of the Nevada Law Enforcement Officers Memorial on the grounds of the Nevada Legislative Campus in Carson City. The Memorial bears the names of over 158 Nevada law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. The Foundation is honored to tell the stories of these men and women and we hold that responsibility with the utmost respect. We are committed to ensuring that our mission to these heroes is fulfilled for generations to come. Because the Memorial and the Foundation receive no funding from any governmental agency, we solicit support from the public to fund the continued maintenance of the Memorial and on-going Foundation activities.
